Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and lead allocation
• Maximize global coverage for plant raw material on PN Level
• Prepare global overview of raw material
• Collect info in Plant Calls regarding stock, demand, coverage
• Allocation Calls to get detailed ETD and ETA Info and allocation confirmations
• Verify Info AF with plants and supplier Info
• Escalate Supplier gabs supplier and purchasing and CAT(customer allocation) Team
• Provide reports (Internal management & customer)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (logistics / planning background preferred)
• Good at communication skill and afford the pressure
• Logistics planning experiences, had supplier management skill besides logistics competences, a structured working style, good communication, target-orientation and self-responsible working is the key
• Good team spirit and collaboration spirit
• Communication(negotiation skill, handling conflicts, English)
• Target and result oriented (quick and effective, entrepreneurial mindset)
• Leadership strength (decision making, responsibility, owner of topic, convincing power)
