Job Description

This role leads the hands-on execution of global manufacturing and operations programs, with full ownership of scope, timeline, resources, and delivery. You will work closely with overseas manufacturing partners and internal teams to resolve complex operational challenges and ensure smooth execution from sourcing through fulfillment across both self-owned manufacturing sites and external partners.

The position requires a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, particularly in fast-moving, high-impact operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead critical global manufacturing and operations programs, ensuring on-time delivery, defined scope control, and consistent quality standards.
  • Drive execution of high-priority and time-sensitive initiatives, coordinating resources across international manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and supply chain risks to ensure stable sourcing, production continuity, and fulfillment performance.
  • Own end-to-end program management, including budget control, schedule management, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable manufacturing and operations plans, ensuring execution excellence across complex global environments.

Core Requirements

Senior Operations & Manufacturing Leadership (15+ years)

  • Minimum 15 years of experience within the electronics manufacturing industry, with proven leadership in complex operational environments.

End-to-End Operations & Supply Chain Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience covering daily operations, supply chain planning, strategic sourcing, and procurement, with the ability to operate at both program and execution levels.

Program Management & Execution Capability

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-border manufacturing programs while maintaining attention to operational details and execution discipline.

Education & Communication

  • Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English with the ability to clearly communicate complex operational and technical topics.

Preferred Background

  • Experience gained from major global brand owners, leading EMS providers, or manufacturing service organizations.
  • Strong exposure to overseas operations and global fulfillment models.
  • Solid understanding of international logistics, cross-border compliance, and multi-region supplier management.
  • Proven stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across internal teams and external partners.
