12+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in global mobility or expatriate management.
Deep knowledge of tax, social security, and immigration requirements in multiple geographies.
Proven track record in designing mobility frameworks and managing vendors (relocation, immigration).
Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in Mandarin & English; ability to work effectively across global teams.

Design and refine Compal's global mobility and international assignment policies, covering compensation, allowances, housing, schooling, taxation, and social security.
Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with cross-border tax, immigration, visa, and social security requirements.
Develop cost and financial models for expatriate assignments, balancing global competitiveness with financial sustainability.
