Global Head of Human Resources, Taiwan

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a highly confidential retained search for an exceptional Head of Human Resources to join the headquarters of a rapidly growing international organisation operating within the industrial, engineering and project-driven sector.

Reporting directly to the C-suite, this is a rare opportunity to lead the full HR function across Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and HR Business Partnering while managing a team of HR professionals.

The organisation is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation, creating a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking HR executive who thrives in building scalable people strategies, modernising HR operations and positioning HR as a true business partner. This role goes far beyond traditional HR leadership and will suit someone who views people strategy as a critical driver of organisational performance.

As a strategic partner to senior leadership, you will drive workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, employee engagement and people transformation initiatives across APAC and global operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building a high-performing, business-focused HR function that supports continued growth and organisational excellence.

We are seeking a senior HR leader with extensive regional experience, strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of leading HR teams within complex, project-based, engineering, construction, infrastructure or professional services environments. Experience partnering closely with executive stakeholders, driving talent acquisition at scale and leading people transformation initiatives will be highly valued. Fluency in English is essential, while Mandarin language capability would be advantageous.
