Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering on a confidential search for a newly created Global Head of Benefits / Benefits Lead role with a top-tier global organisation within the advanced technology and manufacturing sector.

Headquartered in Taiwan, the company is undergoing significant global expansion, resulting in increasing workforce complexity and the need to further strengthen its global reward architecture. This appointment forms part of the organisation's continued investment in building world-class people capabilities at headquarters level to support international growth.

Based in Taiwan at the global headquarters, this role will join the Global Reward Design team with responsibility across Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility at group level. Reporting into senior global reward leadership, the position will play a critical role in shaping and driving global benefits strategy across multiple regions.

The Global Head of Benefits will partner closely with HR, Reward, and senior business stakeholders worldwide to design scalable, competitive, and future-ready benefits frameworks aligned with organisational growth ambitions. Acting as the global subject-matter expert, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on in programme design and implementation.

This is initially an individual contributor role with strong visibility at headquarters and the opportunity to build and lead a lean global benefits function as the organisation continues to evolve. The role will also collaborate closely with Compensation and Mobility teams on broader global reward initiatives supporting international expansion.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in global benefits design within a multinational environment, ideally operating from a headquarters or regional leadership perspective. Fluency in Mandarin / Chinese is essential, alongside English, given the global stakeholder landscape. The role requires a commercially minded and pragmatic reward leader comfortable operating in a fast-growing, complex, and highly global organisation. Experience within technology, manufacturing, or similarly scaled environments will be advantageous.
