Major Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops Global strategy to increase sales pipeline, business volume, and market share.
- Diagnoses customer needs and works with Product Business Unit to develop solutions that demonstrate and enable capability to meet those needs.
- Identifies and develops new accounts, lead regional sales teams to develop and execute penetration strategies for defined target accounts and expands market position.
- Integrate Regional Sales teams to manage and develop sales channel partners via attention to the partners account activity, technical support and assists with sales closure.
- Accompanies customers and sales partners on visits to and existing customer facilities to demonstrate equipment and systems.
- Works with ProductBusiness Unit and Customer Order Center to ensure contract review process is completed, clearly defining customer equipment and delivery requirements and Universal's commitments to the customer.
- Monitors customer satisfaction levels and resolves issues with the appropriate personnel and thorough use of the corporate corrective action process.
- Lead Region/Area Operations GM to gather and report industry, market and competitive data to the Product Business Unit.
Job Requirement
- Master's and Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field OR a level of understanding of sales normally associated with college-level courses.
- Minimum 10+ years selling experience of capital equipment into the electronics assembly industry.
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make effective customer presentations.
- Experience in channel partner management preferred.
- Excellent Oral and Written ability in both Chinese and English is preferred.
- Travel to Regional office or customer sites up to 50% is anticipated.
