Global EOR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for global EOR services (Employer-of-Record) - focus on EOR operations, client service delivery and partner/ vendor management
• Manage EOR operations including client onboarding, payroll processing and checking, ongoing administration, and issue resolution
• Coordinate back-to-back contracts, service scope alignment, payment terms, funding arrangements, and follow-up on execution
• Drive close liaison between internal teams, clients, partners/ vendors to ensure a smooth service delivery experience
• Build EOR service partner/ vendor network globally and ensure subsequent partner/ vendor management
• Lead partner/ vendor sourcing, due diligence, commercial negotiation, contracting, and ongoing relationship management across the vendor lifecycle
• Monitor partner/ vendor performance, manage escalations, and drive service quality, responsiveness, and consistency across the network.
• Establish SOP, governance framework, operating playbook, and implement EOR partnership ecosystem scales

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in global EOR operations or related HR consulting services
• Strong in vendor management, sourcing and negotiation
• Adaptability and self-initiative working in fast-paced environments
• Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
