As an Asset Servicing Analyst within Securities Services Operations, you manage the end-to-end processing of complex voluntary corporate actions and support oversight of proxy voting services across Asia-Pacific markets. You partner with internal teams and service providers to deliver accurate, timely outcomes and clear client communications. You identify exceptions early, escalate effectively, and help reduce operational risk through strong controls and documentation. You contribute to continuous improvement by strengthening processes and sharing knowledge across the team.
You'll work closely with regional processing teams, product partners, client-facing teams, and external vendors to deliver consistent service outcomes across multiple markets. The team focuses on disciplined execution, transparency, and continuous improvement to protect clients and improve the operating environment.
