Role Summary
The L10 GCM is responsible for end-to-end L10 product cost governance throughout the product lifecycle, with primary ownership of quotation readiness, cost publication, and cost variance management.
You will partner with Engineering, Cost Engineering, Finance, Procurement, ODM partners, Business Management, and other stakeholders to strengthen cost transparency, profitability, and operational execution for AI and CSP server programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the L10 total product cost structure and cost competitiveness across the product lifecycle, covering commodity, ODM value-add, manufacturing, NRE, and other non-BOM costs.
- Develop cost baselines, forecasts, and cost-reduction roadmaps, identifying opportunities and driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Lead L10 quotation readiness and approval, ensuring BOM, commodity pricing, DB pricing, and ODM quotations are accurate and completed on schedule.
- Govern L10 contract pricing, LQCM, Tape maintenance, effective-date management, and monthly and quarterly cost publication.
- Manage Buy Price, Sell Price, Net Cost, PPV, PPLN, rebates, cost variances, and reconciliation across Procurement, Finance, and ODM partners.
- Analyze cost movements and scenarios, providing executive-level reporting and recommendations while aligning procurement transactions, financial reporting, and business commitments.
- Lead cross-functional cost reviews, risk management, escalation, and alignment across Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Program Management, and ODM partners.
- Improve L10 cost-governance processes through automation, data governance, scalable workflows, system requirements, and enhanced cost-management tools and reporting.
