  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCB and/or Interconnect commodities.
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and long-term business planning.
  • Build, validate, and maintain cost models; drive cost competitiveness and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to improve supply resilience and technology coverage.
  • Support NPI programs through early supplier engagement, design-to-cost (DTC), and sourcing readiness.
  • Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, technology, and sustainability metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Quality teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and material roadmaps.
  • Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and capacity dynamics to anticipate risks/opportunities.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and supplier scorecards.
  • Support cross-functional teams on supply risk mitigation, dual sourcing, and business continuity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate sourcing processes, procurement policies, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Planning teams to optimize lead times, inventory strategies, and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide commercial leadership throughout supplier escalations and contract discussions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects involving data analysis, cost benchmarks, and supplier strategy alignment.
