Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation Strategy & Planning
• Lead the design and execution of global compensation frameworks, including job architecture, job grading, and salary structures.
• Develop and manage annual compensation planning cycles, including salary review, promotion, bonus, and incentive programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking using external salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on pay positioning (P25 / P50 / P75) aligned with talent strategy and business priorities.
2. Benefits Strategy & Governance
• Design and optimize global and regional benefits programs, including retirement plans, insurance, wellness, and statutory benefits.
• Ensure benefits offerings are cost-effective, competitive, and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to manage benefits delivery and continuous improvement.
3. Incentive & Reward Programs
• Support the design and governance of short-term and long-term incentive programs aligned with performance and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on bonus pool planning, incentive mechanics, and payout modeling.
• Ensure clear reward principles and consistent application across regions and business units.
4. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
• Establish and maintain C&B policies, guidelines, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory and labor market trends to proactively assess risk and recommend adjustments.
• Support audits and internal reviews related to compensation and benefits.
5. C&B Data, Analytics & Reporting Digitalization
• Develop C&B dashboards and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Analyze workforce cost, reward effectiveness, and ROI of compensation and benefits programs.
6. M&A DD: a member of M&A DD projects
