Job Description

[Summary]

Responsible for driving the growth of the Global IoTMart e-commerce platform, enabling regional sales teams to adopt digital sales strategies, promoting O2O/OMO initiatives, and achieving measurable KPI targets. Key tasks would be regional O2O strategy enablement, franchise model implementation for market expansion, and sales related initiatives like Global IoTMart sales inquiry management and data-driven sales optimization.

[Key Objectives & Responsibilities]

- Digital Sales Transformation:

 Promote O2O/OMO strategies to help regional teams transition to digital sales models.

 Develop playbooks and essential materials to support digital sales transformation and ensure smooth collaboration with regional sales teams.

 Monitor and optimize O2O and regional enablement performance using BI dashboards.

 Design and implement sales-boosting tools and programs, including incentive mechanisms and O2O promotional events.

 Manage lead distribution to regional sales teams and track nurturing outcomes to drive sector growth and incubation.

- Franchise Model Enablement:

 Collaborate with regional sales teams to establish and scale the IoTMart franchise model in select markets.

 Enhance the franchise collaboration model and adapt it to local market needs.

 Define clear and feasible business and collaboration frameworks between regional direct-owned stores and franchise partners.

- Global IoTMart Sales Related Initiatives:

 Drive sales performance and manage sales inquiries to improve conversion rate

 Actively launch sales-boosting campaigns and initiatives, coordinating resources to meet sales targets.

 Optimize sales growth and achieve sales KPIs through data-driven sales analysis using sales records and BI dashboards.

[Qualifications]

- Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.

- Experience: 3–5 years in Business Development, Product Marketing, Digital Sales Transformation or related fields.

 Sales Enablement & Strategy Execution

 Presentation & Communication (including slide design and storytelling)

 Cross-Department Collaboration & Project Management

 Analytical & Strategic Thinking

 Cross-Cultural Communication

- Technical Proficiencies: Presentation tools (Microsoft PowerPoint), Data analysis tools (Excel and Power BI (preferred)), CRM platforms (SalesForce preferred).

- Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
