Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
Job Responsibilities:
Global Benefits Strategy
1. Lead the development and implementation of the company's global Benefits strategy to align with business objectives, supporting the attraction, motivation, and retention of top talent in a diverse workforce.
2. Design and manage competitive Benefits frameworks and structures, including pension and retirement programs, wellness initiatives, medical and insurance coverage.
Market Analysis and Benchmarking
1. Conduct regular market analyses and benchmarking to ensure that Benefits programs remain competitive with industry practices.
2. Utilize Benefits surveys and other data sources to analyze market trends and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
Global Benefits Design and Efficiency Enhancement
1. Establish / Redesign global Benefits frameworks / offerings to secure and sustain TSMC's market competitiveness vs. cost efficiency.
2. Develop and implement policies and guidelines for Benefits management, ensuring adherence across all regions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
1. Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and regional teams to execute the Benefits strategy effectively.
2. Develop team members to be valuable partners and establish performance indicators to measure the team effectiveness.

Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; an advanced degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in the HR field, including extensive managerial experience in Benefits planning in large global organizations.
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing Benefits programs from a headquarter perspective.
4. Excellent skills in data analysis, communication, and interpersonal relations.
