Global Air Logistics Implementation Manager -Asia South Pacific

As a Team Lead Asia South Pacific Implementation Management you will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the growth and efficiency of our organization.Your ability to lead, collaborate, and deliver results will be essential in achieving our strategic objectives and exceeding client expectations. We are seeking an experienced an experienced and dynamic Teamlead in Implementation Management / Project Management to join our Asia South Pacific organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading project management teams, overseeing multiple project simultaneously and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of project outcomes. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication and organizational skills.

How you create impact

• Lead and manage the Asia South Pacific Project Management Team, providing guidance, mentorship and support. Guide, train and coach the National Project Management Teams and foster the community
• Oversee the planning, execution and closing of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project management documentation, including project plans, status reports and risk assessments while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team. Execute audits on implementation projects per KN and ISO 21502 standard.
• Project Planning and Initiation: Lead project definition, scope, and objectives by collaborating with stakeholders. Create detailed plans, including timelines, resource, risk management and change management per KN standard
• Project Execution and Control: Guide X-functional teams, ensuring alignment with goals. Monitor progress, address deviations, and maintain proactive issue resolution.
• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, communicate status, be transparent and highlight opportunities effectively.
• Competence & Strategy: Develop and oversee strategic internal projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Skilled in conducting cross-regional senior-level communication to align stakeholders.
• Solid Air operational experience, background in freight forwarder industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI, Prince2) or equivalent certification is a plus.
