Requirements

• Degree qualified with more than 15 years of progressive experience (Regional/ Global portfolio in MNCs)
• Relevant experience in managing large scale procurement finance / supply chain finance
• Expertise in TCO modeling, supplier cost benchmarking, and management / negotiations with contract manufacturers
• Industry exposure: semiconductor, high tech manufacturing, medical devices and/or FMCG industry
• Ability to work across different geographies, manage stakeholders and has excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Scope

This position partners closely with global supply chain and procurement, providing financial guidance to support strategic decision-making across an international business. You will be responsible for evaluating supply chain investments, developing cost and profitability frameworks, handling negotiations with contract manufacturers, and helping drive business performance through data-driven analysis. Working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, you will contribute to key initiatives by assessing risks, opportunities, and long-term value creation. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive product economics and protecting gross-margin across complex supply base.

The successful candidate will oversee supplier cost analysis, establish target costs for products, analyze key commodity market trends, evaluate supplier cost structure, while ensuring strong financial governance and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include driving evaluation of sourcing initiatives, conducting financial modelling, monitoring performance against targets, and presenting recommendations to leadership. The role also leads and develops a finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while influencing business decisions through clear communication and business acumen.
