General Services Coordinator

The incumbent is responsible for managing company-wide events and office administration, overseeing IA/STA processes (including housing surveys, lease agreements, and hotel arrangements), handling PR/PO creation and maintenance, and verifying and processing payments in alignment with the approved budget plan via SAP. Additionally, the role supports ad-hoc People & Culture projects as requested by the manager.

As General Services Coordinator, you will

  • Responsible for 3 regional offices&apos and employees&apos general and miscellaneous affairs, ensuring daily operations go smoothly and wellness well taken care of.
  • Conduct periodical office equipment / furniture maintenance and enhancement with scopes covering air-con, pest control, disinfection, office renovation, facility improvement, etc.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and expectations towards services provided, e.g., housing,events, club etc. Follow company operating guidelines to create PR/PO, timely settle monthly payments to multiple vendors in SAP, as well as carefully monitor the spending against the approved ASP.
  • Support company-wide programs and events that reinforce company&aposs culture and values, enhance morale, and create a positive work environment that inspires peak performance. Projects including but not limited to year-end party, spring lunch, festive celebrations.
  • Manage and implement various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager&aposs request.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or above; specialization in General Services & Facilities Management, Information & Communication, or Visual Design is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Basic IT literacy; advanced Excel and Power Tools skills are a plus
  • Proficient in SAP
