Confidential fast food / restaurant brand with strong local brand equity and aggressive expansion plan in Taiwan. The company is entering its next growth phase, focusing on operational excellence, brand modernization, digital integration, and scalable expansion.

Experience Requirements

  • 1220 years in restaurant / QSR / chain retail industry
  • At least 10 years in senior leadership role (GM / COO / BU Head)
  • Managed 50+ store network (multi-unit management experience is critical)
  • Proven P&L track record
  • Experience in rapid expansion phase preferred

The General Manager will be fully responsible for P&L performance, operational excellence, brand growth, and organizational leadership.

This role requires a commercially driven leader who can balance store-level execution, cost control, brand positioning, and multi-unit expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full P&L Ownership
    • Drive revenue growth and profitability across all store formats
    • Optimize food cost, labor cost, and store productivity
    • Improve EBITDA margin through operational efficiency
  • Multi-Unit Operations Management
    • Oversee store operations, SOP standardization, and quality control
    • Ensure consistency across all outlets
    • Implement KPI system (SSSG, labor ratio, table turnover, customer satisfaction)
  • Expansion & Scalability
    • Lead new store rollout strategy
    • Evaluate site selection & ROI
    • Manage new stores expansion process and schedule
  • Brand & Market Growth
    • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning
    • Develop pricing and menu strategy
    • Enhance digital ordering, delivery platform integration, and CRM
  • Team Leadership
    • Build and develop Area Managers / Store Managers
    • Establish succession planning
    • Cultivate performance-driven culture
