Our client is a globally recognized premium skin care brands rooted in advanced scientific research with great product quality. They are now looking for a General Manager in Taiwan and oversee its business in Taiwan.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Define and execute market strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the luxury skincare segment.
  • Preserve and elevate brand image, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels (retail, e-commerce, spa, wholesale).
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the premium beauty industry.
  • Drive sales performance across all channels, including boutiques, department stores, e-commerce, and spa partners.
  • Ensure best-in-class retail execution and customer experience aligned with luxury standards.
  • Lead brand-building initiatives, including campaigns, product launches, and experiential events.
  • Ensure a seamless omnichannel customer journey across online and offline platforms.
  • Foster strong CRM and clienteling practices to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with global teams to localize brand storytelling and communication strategies.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and product availability while maintaining premium service levels
  • Hold full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across retail, marketing, and business functions.

Anforderungsprofil

  • 12+ years of retail management experience in luxury beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or premium retail industries.
  • Proven track record of managing brand growth and P&L in a luxury environment.
  • Familiar with multiple channels including retail, wholesale, hotel & spa as well as EC channels
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution, and consumer engagement in the beauty sector.
  • Solid people management experience with great cross functional coordination skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Growth mindset with high flexibility and embrace new changes
  • Good influencing skills as well as stakeholders management
