Job description
We are now seeking for General Manager - MEP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify business development opportunities for project development
- Lead the team of professional to manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion
- Develop and implement project strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and resource allocation with both internal and external stakeholders
- Acts as core member of senior management team to design the business initiatives
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, including partners, regulatory bodies and vendors
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary educated in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, Construction or related disciplines
- At least 13 years of practical experiences with proven track record preferably in MEP field for both client management and project delivery
- Proven experience collaborating with statutory bodies, public sector organizations, consultancy firms or main contractors is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of government procedures and compliance requirements
- A resilient leader with strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills and people management capabilities
- Results driven, self-initiative and excellent business acumen
