• Lead and manage overall business operations and daily management activities.
• Drive profitable business growth aligned with company strategy.
• Monitor financial performance and provide management reporting.
• Develop operational policies, governance, and organizational processes.
• Improve efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in quality and turnaround time.

The Successful Applicant

• Leadership background within a medium-to-large organization.
• Strong commercial and business development capabilities.
• P&L ownership preferred.
• Background in material science-related B2B business highly preferred.
• Semiconductor equipment or material science testing instrument industry background is highly valued.
• Proven capability to drive organizational change and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
• Ability to build vision and convert strategy into measurable business results.
• Master's degree in Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related disciplines.
• PhD preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
• M&A and business integration exposure is a plus.
