General Manager

Job Description

. Manage the overall business, with full accountability for company's P&L, business planning, financial performance and achievement of business objectives

. Lead sales and business development activities to achieve revenue, volume and profitability targets, while developing key customer and strategic relationships

. Oversee the after-sales and operational functionsto ensure service quality, operationalefficiencyand profitability

. Act as the key liaison with the overseas business partners and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other strategic stakeholders to support business and operational objectives

. Ensure high standards of workplace safety and health, regulatory compliance and operational risk management

. Undertake other strategic initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related discipline

. Min. 10 years of relevant automotive or operations experience is preferred, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience

. Strong understanding of heavy vehicles systems and automotive operations

. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
