MY client is seeking for General Manager - Facilities Management to join their team
Responsbilties
Drive FM business growth by identifying market opportunities and securing new clients across target sectors.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
Engage key decisionmakers, develop relationships, and coordinate meetings with FM leadership.
Prepare tailored pitches, proposals, and pricing with crossfunctional teams to address client needs.
Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close opportunities aligned with FM service capabilities.
Strengthen longterm client partnerships while promoting FM solutions that deliver operational value.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a senior leadership capacity
Solid background in the Facilities Management (FM) industry
