Job Description
- Lead overall business strategy, P&L performance, and operational efficiency across Taiwan operations.
- Drive commercial growth through product innovation, channel expansion, and strategic partnerships globally.
- Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
- Build a strong leadership culture, develop talent pipelines, and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Represent the company externally with partners, distributors, and international headquarters.
The Successful Applicant
- Over 15+ years of senior leadership experience in electronics, OEM/ODM, or consumer technology manufacturing. With both own-brand and ODM experience in consumer electronics is a strong plus.
- Strong track record in P&L ownership, business transformation, and international business management.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and commercial development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with experience collaborating with global teams.
