Garena - Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is passionate about game-related web development, action-oriented, and eager to embrace AI tools. In this role, you will support game event websites and cross-functional projects, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and timelines move forward smoothly. You will also leverage AI and vibe coding to build lightweight automation tools that improve efficiency and reduce dependency on engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Assist in planning, tracking, and driving game event websites and cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and quality.

2. Clarify and translate requirements into clear documentation, including PRDs, process flows, wireframes, and API specifications.

3. Work closely with frontend and backend engineers, QA, and operations teams to coordinate scope, timelines, and resources.

4. Use visualization and collaboration tools to create wireframes, flow diagrams, and requirement structures (e.g., Figma, Miro).

5. Create and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and specifications to ensure clarity and alignment.

6. Perform basic QA tasks, including flow validation, API verification, and test record documentation.

7. Continuously improve project management workflows to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.

8. Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Figma AI plugins, etc.) to support:

(1) Requirement breakdown and documentation generation

(2) Workflow optimization and problem analysis

(3) Test case generation, API mocks, and specification drafts

(4) Vibe coding: building small AI-assisted tools or automation scripts to improve productivity

We are looking for someone who has:

1. 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in software, web, gaming, or e-commerce domains.

2. Familiarity with visualization and collaboration tools for creating wireframes, flow diagrams, and requirement documentation (e.g., Figma, Miro, etc.).

3. Basic understanding of web development concepts: HTML, CSS, APIs, frontend/backend workflows, and development processes.

4. Experience with at least one project management tool (e.g., Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.).

5. Ability to produce clear, structured documentation, such as PRDs, workflows, requirement specs, and API specifications.

6. Basic QA capability, including frontend validation, using tools like Postman, and understanding test cases.

7. Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and willingness to actively use them in daily work.

8. Good proficiency in spoken and written English for technical documentation and cross-regional collaboration.

9. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience with Vibe Coding, using AI to build small tools or automate workflows.

2. Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI or the ability to read API schemas.

3. Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases, with the ability to read and write simple queries for data validation and analysis.

4. Understanding of UX / IA fundamentals, such as user flows and information architecture.

5. Experience with advanced visualization tool features (Auto Layout, Prototyping, AI plugins).

6. Background in the gaming industry or being a passionate game player.

7. Experience managing high-traffic websites or large-scale event projects.
