Key Responsibilities
The role is a Securities platform specialist serving GWM clients from E2E covering TW equities and Foreign Securities, including account opening and maintenance and trade order taking, execution and management.
The team
You will be working in a centralized sales service team (WM Desk) in UBS Securities Taipei. Your role is important in the delivery of Securities platform services to GWM clients. We work in collaboration with GWM and IB, and various stakeholders to provide the best solution to our clients. Our combined efforts help manage and grow the business.
Your Skills And Experience
We are looking for the below qualifications:
- Must have Taiwan securities personnel license (general level or advanced level).
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) in financial services or securities brokerage, ideally including client facing and handling transactions.
- Good understanding of brokerage process and preferably have basic knowledge of Securities regulations.
- Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure.
- Resilient team player and truly service oriented.
- Good command of English
- You're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
