Fund Operations Manager, Family Office (Hong Kong)

Our client is a family office that they invest in public equities, their investment approach is fundamental and long-only. They are looking for a fund operations manager and the position is based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover trade and cash reconciliations, identify trade discrepancy and resolve trade breaks and follow up on settlement issues
• Liaise with external providers including fund administrator, custodian, broker etc on fund operations issues
• Oversee fund operations, ensure the operations workflow and process are smooth and efficient
• Prepare fund performance report, cash management, fund expense payments etc
• Collaborate with the management to enhance the firm's operations efficiency and data process
• Assist in some admin duties such as liaising with IT vendor and office facilities
• Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of Fund Operations/ Middle Office / Trade Operations experience in asset management industry such as fund services, buyside
• Motivated, independent, detailed-oriented
• Good communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management or other disciplines
