Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze daily fund operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including NAV calculations and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve operational issues.
  • Assist in the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support the fund accounting team in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve fund operations and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting fund operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in fund operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
