We are expanding our investment platform and are seeking experienced investment professionals through two distinct pathways:

Pathway 1 – In-House Fund Manager / Portfolio Manager

For investment professionals seeking a senior portfolio management role within a growing asset management company.

Pathway 2 – Partner Portfolio Manager / Independent EAM Manager

For experienced discretionary fund managers, investment advisers and portfolio managers who manage their own client relationships and are looking for a regulated Singapore platform to support and scale their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage discretionary portfolios across equities, fixed income, hedge funds, private credit, private equity and alternative investments.
• Conduct investment research, due diligence and portfolio construction.
• Develop customised investment solutions for accredited investors, family offices and institutional clients.
• Source investment opportunities and collaborate with fund managers, private banks and institutional partners.
• Support the establishment and management of VCCs, managed accounts and investment structures.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk exposures and client reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and internal governance standards.

What We Are Looking For

v Minimum 5-8 years of relevant investment management experience.

v Proven discretionary portfolio management experience.

v Strong understanding of multi-asset investing and alternative investments.

v Experience managing external client capital, family office assets or institutional mandates.

v Familiarity with Singapore fund structures, VCCs, EAM platforms or MAS-regulated environments.

v Existing relationships within private banking, family offices, institutional investors or wealth management channels.

v Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business development capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• CFA, CAIA or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin capability is preferred.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred for employed positions.
