Full-Time Teacher & Operations Executive
Teaching Areas (One or More)
- Mathematics (Primary / Secondary / IGCSE / IB)
- Science (Primary / Secondary)
- English Language
- International School Preparation
- University Admissions Guidance
Responsibilities
Teaching
- Conduct engaging and effective lessons
- Prepare lesson materials and student reports
- Monitor students academic progress
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance
Operations & Administration
- Assist with scheduling and class arrangements
- Handle student enquiries and trial lesson coordination
- Support centre operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain student records and learning progress
Growth & Development
- Participate in curriculum and resource development
- Contribute ideas to improve programmes and student experience
- Take on increasing management responsibilities as the company grows
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about education and student development
- Organised, responsible and proactive
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and growing environment
Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates with strong potential.
