Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses primarily on designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications across both backend and frontend technologies.
The ideal candidate is a well-rounded developer who enjoys working across the technology stack, contributing to technical design, and continuously improving application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Experience in mobile application development, particularly using Flutter, is considered an added advantage but is not a requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular (preferred) or React.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs to support web applications and system integrations.
- Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
- Configure, deploy, and support applications on Linux or Windows environments using Apache HTTP Server, Nginx, Apache Tomcat, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, perform code reviews, and apply software engineering best practices, secure coding standards, and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular (preferred) or React.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database management systems.
- Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
- Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
