Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented full-stack engineer to join our team in building DuruFlow, an enterprise B2B platform. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience across the full application stack. You should be proficient in leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery while maintaining ownership of architecture, code quality, testing, debugging, and production readiness.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs, business logic, and data models using Java 21, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
• Build responsive, user-friendly enterprise applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Work with Redis, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to build and deploy cloud-native applications.
• Write optimized SQL queries, database migrations, and performance-focused data access layers.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the complete application stack.
• Utilize AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Augment, or similar) for development, testing, debugging, refactoring, and code reviews.
• Critically review AI-generated code, identify architectural or logical issues, and ensure production-quality implementations.
• Take ownership of features from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 21, Spring Boot, React, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), clean code principles, and software design patterns.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, indexes, and transactions.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Augment, or similar.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
