
Description & Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of DC and logistics projects, primarily in APAC
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and ensure alignment with regional and global logistics objectives.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to scope and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, finance, and procurement, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage with external carriers and logistics providers to ensure seamless project integration and implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and carriers, providing regular updates on project status and resolving issues as they arise.
- Oversee the implementation of new DC and fulfilment capabilities in our supply chain network, ensuring integration with existing systems (such as TMS and WMS).
- Work closely with carriers to align on service expectations, optimize routes, and improve delivery performance.
- Support performance post-implementation to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with multi-carrier logistics operations, including delays, capacity issues, and regulatory compliance challenges.
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and any potential risks or deviations from plan
- Value add:
- Experience with 3rd party logistics organizations and project management
- Develop and enhance outbound logistics processes and carrier strategies through technology, automation, and data analytics.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and enhance service quality for outbound supply chain.
- Work with global and regional teams to ensure consistency in the multi-carrier program in EMEA, APAC and China sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- At least 5-8 years of Project or Program management experience.
- Experience with WMS (Manhattan), Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology solutions (like Nshift, Centiro) and their delivery and operational support are value add
- Strong understanding of the APAC supply chain landscape, including regulatory requirements and carrier networks.
- Proven experience in carrier negotiations and contract management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred.
- Preferred familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.
- Preferred experience with distribution and logistics program strategy (in APAC, China or EMEA)

In-person collaboration and/or office-based work is necessary or important for the role. Work is mainly performed onsite, 4-5 days per week depending on role requirements.
