Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and delivery commitments, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and factory capacity to achieve on-time delivery.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with customers, acting as a key interface to ensure alignment on delivery expectations and enhance overall service satisfaction.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain coordination with internal factories, monitoring order status, production progress, and shipment readiness to secure delivery commitments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with factories, suppliers, brokers to streamline logistics flow and resolve potential delivery risks.
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including order tracking, shipping arrangements, and inventory coordination to ensure smooth execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, providing timely solutions to avoid delays and optimize delivery performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Familiar with import/export operations and customs procedures.
- Experience in order & delivery management, supply chain, and logistics planning.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience working with factories is preferred.
