Front-end R&D Engineer-Life Services (User Products)

1. Responsible for the development of the front-end part of Douyin's life service business 2. Responsible for business component development, platform optimization, business infrastructure and other work 3. Overcome difficult project problems, support the development of difficult requirements, and perform performance optimization and technical upgrades for the project 4. Explore and practice efficient communication and development models across front, back, client, and remote locations to improve overall team efficiency.

1. Solid computer foundation, proficient in JavaScript, ES5/6, CSS, and various layouts 2. Have certain experience in solving browser compatibility issues and front-end performance optimization 3. Understand engineering ideas, have a certain understanding of construction and continuous integration, and be familiar with a construction tool 4. Understand component development ideas, have certain design capabilities, and be familiar with at least one front-end mainstream framework 5. Understand common back-end technology stacks and tools, and have practical experience in collaborating with multiple roles to complete projects 6. Have good service awareness, sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills 7. Hybrid development experience (Weex/React Native/Flutter, etc.) is preferred.
