Front-end R&D Engineer-Life Services

Responsible for the front-end development of Douyin's life service business 2. Responsible for business component development, platform optimization, business infrastructure, etc. 3. Overcome difficult project problems, support high-difficulty development, and optimize the project performance and technology upgrade 4. Explore and practice efficient communication and development models across front and back clients and remote remote areas to improve overall team efficiency.

Qualifications

1. A solid computer foundation, proficient in JavaScript, ES5/6, CSS, and proficient in various layouts 2. A certain experience in solving browser compatibility problems and front-end performance optimization 3. Understand engineering ideas, have a certain understanding of construction and continuous integration, and be familiar with a construction tool 4. Understand component development ideas, have certain design capabilities, and be familiar with at least one front-end mainstream framework 5. Understand common back-end technology stacks and tools, and have practical experience in collaborating with multiple roles to complete projects 6. A good service awareness, responsibility, strong learning ability, and excellent team communication and collaboration capabilities 7. Hybrid development experience (Weex/React Native/Flutter, etc.) is preferred.
