Front-end R&D Engineer-Douyin (Beijing/Guangzhou/Shenzhen)

1. Responsible for front-end R&D work that supports multiple business scenarios, including but not limited to: special effects open platform and other products 2. Solve difficult problems in cross-end and full-stack technical directions to create the ultimate user experience 3. Participate in the construction of front-end engineering systems, gradually improve R&D efficiency and quality, and drive business development through technology.

1. More than 2 years of front-end development related work experience, bachelor degree or above, with solid computer foundation and front-end foundation 2. Proficient in common large-scale front-end frameworks such as React/Vue/Angular, and have a deep understanding of the underlying principles 3. Possess the ability to cross-end Hybrid (Flutter/React) Native/Weex) or server-side development experience (Nodejs/Python/Go), etc., and have a good understanding of related systems 4. Be familiar with front-end engineering related and principles, and have good architectural design and engineering design capabilities 5. Have good awareness of product development, focus on user experience, have personal insights into interaction and vision, be good at thinking, and be able to help product evolution 6. Be positive and optimistic, have a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, communication and collaboration skills, and problem discovery and solution capabilities.
