Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of AIGC solutions for AI education scenarios, including but not limited to image/interaction solution design, prompt optimization, model fine-tuning, automatic evaluation, problem analysis, and effect optimization 2. Responsible for the design and development of the LLM engineering performance platform, helping the business improve the efficiency and quality of LLM engineering iterations, including but not limited to the construction of workflow construction, effect evaluation, service operation and maintenance, data analysis and other tools 3. Participate in AI-related cutting-edge technology research, undertake key and difficult technical research, and continue to introduce best practices.
Qualifications
1. Have a good foundation in front-end technology, be familiar with React and TypeScript, be familiar with common design patterns, have good analytical skills and written expression skills, and be able to continuously optimize engineering architecture, R&D tools and workflows, and pursue ultimate efficiency, performance and stability 2. Understand the back-end technology stack and have used a back-end language: Node.js/Python/Go 3. Applicants who are familiar with the AI technology ecosystem and have experience in developing Prompt/Context Engineering, Agent, multi-modal, RAG, Memory and other technologies are preferred 4. Curious, have strong self-motivation, have a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, logical thinking and expression skills, and are good at independent thinking and solving complex problems.
