Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of ByteDance big data cloud platform products, providing large-scale computing capabilities 2. Responsible for the construction of team business and technical solutions, leading the team to tackle technical problems, identifying pain points and optimizing the development process, so as to use technology to promote business development 3. Able to collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to improve product user experience and create excellent Internet products 4. Responsible for team building, creating and improving the team's technical atmosphere, focusing on talent cultivation, leading and promoting the growth of team members.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 4 years of front-end related work experience, front-end architecture deployment and practical experience in websites, or development of complex product-level web applications as a core member 2. Solid front-end technology, accumulation in depth and breadth, strong abstraction ability, engineering ability and technical sensitivity, able to create a good technical atmosphere and lead the team to grow 3. Have an in-depth understanding of the front-end and back-end collaboration models, products, and project processes, and have certain program communication and promotion capabilities, as well as the ability to guide and lead engineers to do their work 4. Have a certain product awareness, be able to make logical deductions on products, and discover deficiencies in product logic have basic aesthetic perception, and be able to make effective suggestions in terms of user experience, interactive operations, etc. 5. Understand and continue to pay attention to mainstream technologies, cutting-edge fields, and best practices in the global technology community. Bonus points: 1.
