1. Responsible for the front-end research and development of Douyin and other products, including Webapp, ReactNative, Hybrid, mini programs/mini-games, operational activities, etc. 2. Responsible for the PC front-end research and development of Douyin and other products, including MIS backend, open platform, etc. 3. Responsible for the development of PC stations and FLV/HLS audio and video players for Douyin and other products 4. Explore new efficient front-end development models 5. Create the ultimate user experience, such as the rendering of Hybrid and Skia.

1. Have front-end related work experience and a solid computer foundation 2. Be proficient in Javascript, CSS, various layouts, and be familiar with an MVX (React/Vue/Angular) framework 3. Have good system module design capabilities, product awareness, and the ability to focus on and optimize product experience and quality 4. Understand the back-end technology stack, be familiar with a back-end language (Node/Python/GO, etc.), and be familiar with the collaboration model with the back-end 5. Those with cross-end development experience (React Native/Weex/Flutter) are preferred, those with rich experience in website architecture are preferred, and those with successful works are preferred.
