Responsibilities
1. In-depth insight into user needs, and through data analysis and user research, identify users demands and experience problems in the transaction process of fresh products such as fruits and vegetables, and corresponding output product strategies to increase the frequency of user purchases in category, helping the industry's long-term GMV growth 2. Based on identifying opportunities, output targeted solutions, independently promote the implementation and revenue evaluation, have a good ROI awareness, and drive the solution iteration by yourself 3. Work closely with horizontal product teams, operations, technology and other teams to connect the entire link from an industry perspective.
Qualifications
1. Having C-end products and growing marketing experience is preferred 2. Having a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and being familiar with working methods such as user growth, conversion rate improvement, and coupon marketing 3. Excellent data analysis ability, able to see problems through data and formulate effective solutions 4. Full of innovative spirit and insight, able to constantly propose new ideas, understand user needs, and convert them into product strategies to implement 5. Strong learning ability, self-motivation and sense of responsibility, able to withstand work pressure thinking about the essence of problems, without path dependence.
