- Position: Freight Sales Coordinator - Overseas Agents
- Location: Pasir Panjang
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
- Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

- Our client is an established freight forwarding and logistics provider supporting international shipments through overseas offices, agents and carriers.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with overseas offices and network agents.
- Prepare freight quotations and respond to rate enquiries.
- Liaise with carriers and maintain updated freight rates.
- Support indoor sales and rate filing for SOC containers.
- Conduct telemarketing to develop new accounts.
- Attend customer visits when required.
- Coordinate with operations teams on urgent shipment matters.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or sales coordination.
- Knowledge of freight operations, carrier rates or shipping documentation is advantageous.
- Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
- Comfortable with telemarketing and customer follow-up.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple enquiries.
