Freelance Social Media Content Creator

A modern TCM clinic is looking for a Freelance Content Creator who has an interest in healthcare and TCM, can identify trending social media content and adapt it into engaging videos/ posts for our clinic. The role focuses primarily on monitoring current trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms, then recreating or adapting suitable trends to match the Clinic's brand, treatment and target patient group. The ideal candidate understands what makes short-form content engaging and can turn trending ideas into relatable content for the target patient group.

What You'll Be Doing
. Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), which include planning, filming, editing and producing short-form videos and making revisions based on feedback.
. Identify trends that can be adapted appropriately for the clinic.
. Present a weekly list of content ideas, including the trend reference, proposed concept and filming requirements.
. Research online on the technical information and cross-check with thePhysician on the validity of the contents.

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, creators, or businesses is preferred.
• Experience producing short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Experience using cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and other content production tools.
• Having your own laptop, camera, or content creation equipment.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent, image editing software such as Canva
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
• Students or stay-home-mums who wants some additional income are welcome.

What You'll Get

• Primarily remote-based role. Attendance at the clinic is only required for filming sessions or when otherwise requested.

Expected Deliverables

• 3 short-form videos/posts per week
• A weekly trend and content proposal
• Captions, hashtags and posting recommendations for completed videos/ posts
• A monthly review of content performance and recommended improvements
