FPC Engineer Director

This is a full-time hybrid role for a FPC Engineer Director at FLEXium Interconnect Inc. The role is based in Kaohsiung City with an option for some remote work. The FPC Engineer Director will oversee the development and production of flexible printed circuit boards, ensure the implementation of advanced technologies, manage project timelines, lead a team of engineers, and conduct performance evaluations. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to meet customer requirements and improve overall product quality.
