An established, high-growth financial institution is hiring an FP&A Manager to own forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis and decision support for the team.

Key responsibilities

Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting.
Build and maintain financial models for revenue, margin, cash flow and unit economics.
Support annual budgeting and strategic planning.
Partner with commercial/product teams on pricing, product profitability and new market business cases.
Produce executive dashboards, KPI scorecards and investor-ready packs.
Drive reporting automation and data integrity across ERP/BI systems.
Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc strategic projects.

Role requirements

6+ years in FP&A / corporate finance experience in financial institution.
Strong financial modelling, advanced Excel experience with BI tools (Looker/PowerBI/Tableau) and FP&A platforms advantageous.
Excellent communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics professional qualification (CFA/ACCA/CPA) preferred.
