FP&A Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to partner closely with the Finance Director in executing and elevating financial planning, rolling forecasts and long-term financial modeling initiatives.

This role is pivotal in driving financial visibility, performance management, and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial planning, forecast report and financial insights to support business decisions.

• Support the end-to-end annual budgeting process.

• Build and refine high accuracy cash flow forecasting reports.

• Identify potential improvements to financial reporting process and drive enhancements to streamline data extraction and analytical workflows.

• Review and oversee the operational accounting deliverables, monthly financial outputs to ensure data integrity for FP&A modeling and internal control/audit readiness.

• Collaborate with finance functions on financial and management reporting to ensure coordinated efforts in reporting controls and review.

• Work with other functional areas to achieve efficient and effective operational practices and procedures.

• Participate in ad hoc projects which are in line with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Possess 5 or more years of accounting or financial experience, with practical experience in budgeting or business planning.

• Experience with SAP systems usage and experience in the retail industry is preferred.

• Strong logical thinking and multi-perspective analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with financial, tax planning, and relevant regulations.
