Job Description
Role Overview :-
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building products from scratch and can take ownership of end-to-end development.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with the founders and help shape the architecture, product, and engineering culture from day one.
Key Responsibilities :-
• Design and develop scalable web applications from 0→1.
• Build secure REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and modern frontend interfaces.
• Integrate AI capabilities using LLM APIs and RAG-based workflows.
• Work with structured compliance knowledge bases and document-processing pipelines.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Build dashboards, workflows, notifications, and document management features.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and security.
• Participate in product discussions and technical architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with design, product, and compliance teams to deliver investor-ready MVPs.

AI & Modern Development :-
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, or similar APIs
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt engineering fundamentals
• Vector database concepts (preferred)
Cloud & DevOps :-
• Docker
• Git & GitHub
• CI/CD fundamentals
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
Nice to Have :-
• Experience building SaaS products
• Startup or 0→1 product development experience
• Knowledge of OCR or document-processing pipelines
• Experience with background jobs and queues
• Basic cybersecurity awareness
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
