Work content
1. Education and training: new product and sales skills training, holding briefing sessions.
2. Administrative assistance: Assist sales staff to handle new contract notes, preservation matters, explanations and promotions of various insurance regulations.
3. Business coaching: operation and promotion of various projects, product marketing skills training, coaching and motivation of marketing personnel.
Requirements:
1. Possess relevant certificates and licenses for personal insurance, investment insurance, non-investment foreign currency insurance, etc.
2. Applicants with banking experience or channel fund sales experience are preferred
