Job Description
- Lead logistics transformation and warehouse relocation projects with full timeline and stakeholder management.
- Oversee daily 3PL warehouse, transportation, order management, and import/export operations to meet service KPIs.
- Establish SOPs, manage WMS/TMS integration, and standardize logistics processes for operational excellence.
- Conduct 3PL performance reviews, optimize cost structures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop the customer service and logistics team to deliver exceptional customer experience and service quality.
The Successful Applicant
- 7+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer service management, ideally with 3PL exposure.
- Proven capability in project management, including system migration or warehouse relocation.
- Solid understanding of endtoend logistics operations, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in data analysis, cost optimization, and process improvement.
- Leadership ability to guide, coach, and motivate cross-functional and operational teams.
