Perform in-depth industry research and maintain an understanding of the market environment, including short- and long-term trends, competitor offerings, regulatory developments etc. Contribute to overall team strategy and drive business development initiatives Ensures deals are compliant with all regulations Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required 2+ years experience in Fixed Income Sales Well versed in Fixed Income markets and US Economy Strong problem solving, communication and influencing skills Experience in conducting primary research, competitive benchmarking, and market intelligence Proactive self-starter with questioning mindset Ability to remain agile in a fast-paced, global environment often under tight time constraints
