Financial System Product Manager (Funding) - Information System

1. Responsible for the planning and design of the group's capital system, formulating long-term plans for the B-end product line, controlling product direction, and being responsible for product delivery 2. Understand the industry dynamics of capital, conduct market analysis, and apply it to corresponding businesses 3. Conduct demand research, write PRD, and coordinate multiple teams such as technology, testing, and operations to jointly complete product business goals 4. Regularly collect customer product feedback on various functions, continuously optimize and improve the product, and promote the continuous improvement of product experience.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer or finance-related majors are preferred, and more than 3 years of relevant experience in financial systems 2. Have rich product design experience and excellent product architecture design capabilities, and can guide the product manager's demand analysis and design of sub-modules 3. Have judgment about business, be able to identify key contradictions in complex and cumbersome situations, and have a systematic understanding of system architecture principles and product design methods 4. Be data-driven and have certain data analysis and report design capabilities 5. Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, strong execution ability, be results-oriented, and pay attention to industry dynamics and development trends.
